Many teens who are deaf or hard of hearing and use Listening and Spoken Language (LSL) do not know another peer who also uses LSL. That’s exactly why LEAP was created. The Learning Experience and Adventure Program (LEAP) allows 6th-8th graders to connect with and learn from other teens who share their lived experiences. Plus, LEAP is led and facilitated by adults who have grown up using LSL. How cool is that?
