**University students registered in an audiology, speech-language pathology, or related field graduate degree program may register for free. You will be required to submit proof of expected graduation date and a copy of an official school document to [email protected] to prove your student status. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in the cancellation of registration.

The associated cost depends on when you register. The Regular Registration period runs until October 12, 2026. Late Registration begins on October 13 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on October 16, 2025. The price table can be found above.

No. The Fall Forum is a virtual, live-only event, so we encourage registrants to attend to ensure they don’t miss this information discussion. The Fall Forum will not be available on demand.

Yes. There is a 10% discount for university-level professionals who recruit five or more students to register for the Fall Forum. Please get in touch with [email protected] to receive a promotion code. 

Yes. University students registered in an audiology, speech-language pathology, or related field graduate degree program may register for free. To identify your payment, please ensure that the reference “Registration – AG Bell Fall Forum 2026” and the participant’s name are stated on the bank transfer. Participants are responsible for any bank charges and should be paid in addition to registration fees.

For cancellations received on or before October 3, 2026, registration fees will be reimbursed minus a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after October 3, 2026. Please send a cancellation notification to [email protected].

No! Attendees to the 2026 Symposium, either in-person or on-demand, will be registered for the Fall Forum. There is no need to register a second time. Mark your calendar to attend, and an email confirmation will be sent to you. 

Continuing Education Units

What requirements are there to earn CEUs?

To be awarded continuing education units or hours connected to the Fall Forum, a registered professional participant must follow this process:

  1. Choose the type of CEUs you wish to receive during the Fall Forum. You only need to complete this form once.
  2. Participate in the entire session for which you wish to earn a CEU.
  3. Complete and submit a “Session Feedback + CEU Learning Assessment” form for each attended session for which you desire CEUs. Participants who do not complete a “Session Feedback + CEU Learning Assessment form for a given session will not earn CEUS for that session. If you attend multiple sessions, you should complete multiple Session Feedback + CEU Learning Assessment forms.

Each Session Feedback + CEU Learning Assessment form must be completed no later than October 26, 2026. It is best to complete each form following the conclusion of the event, while learning has just occurred.  

Yes. You must answer every question, but you do not need to be detailed or even use complete sentences.

No. Student attendees will not earn CEUs. Only AG Bell professional members can earn CEUs. If you are not certain of your membership status, please contact [email protected].

Communication & Accessibility

What are the technology requirements to access the Fall Forum?

AG Bell will broadcast the live event virtually. Registrants can access the Forum from their computer, smartphone, or tablet.

You must be registered in order to receive your own unique link to access the online conference. Links will be sent via email prior to the first day of the conference. 

The official language of the Fall Forum is English. All sessions will include English and Spanish translation. Additional languages may be available via captioning upon request to [email protected] no later than October 3, 2026.

Yes. AG Bell provides captioning to provide communication access for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Real-time captioning will be provided during the Fall Forum.
