Attendance at a tech check Zoom meeting will be very important to making sure your session runs smoothly.
All presenters should plan to attend one tech check session. You and your co-presenters need to attend one session only (it’s okay if you attend separate sessions). Each session includes a short orientation and a check-in to ensure you’re ready to present with your computer and internet.

You will appear on screen with your PowerPoint and live captions.
Keep your video on. Co-presenters should mute when not speaking.
Audience uses chat only – no mics
A Session Moderator will read Q&A aloud at the end.
You won’t be able to see chat unless a co-presenter is logged in as an attendee.
All recordings must be captioned.
